Images & video may be posted on social-media platforms as long as a "TAG and/or reference" is put in place crediting back to the original creator (Ashton Kingsley - A.J.S.K Photography).

Images & video contain "partial" usage rights meaning that said content may ONLY be for personal use. Any form of NON-Personal use cases such as advertising material/commercial use must have prior written approval via the photographer of said content as well as an advertising/marketing fee be paid to said photographer. Acknowledgment/credit MUST be applied within advertisement once approval is given. Any images or video found violating these terms are subject to an immediate take down notice & potential legal copyright infringement.
All images/videos contain a small unobtrusive watermark to prevent theft. The watermark must be visible & may NOT be cropped out of view.
